Student Account Deletion Request

Students can request deletion of their Gluon School account and associated personal information.

How to Request Deletion

Students can submit an account deletion request through the available deletion option in the app/website or contact Gluon School support.

For security, we may verify the student's identity before processing the request.

Deletion Period

After the request is verified and accepted, the account and associated personal information will generally be permanently deleted within 90 days.

Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, financial, or institutional record-keeping purposes.

Important

Deleting a Gluon School account does not necessarily delete records maintained separately by the student's school.
